General Information

If you are unable to login to TAC, a possible reason is that your password has expired.  In order to reset your TAC password, click on the link below to follow the instructions for resetting your password.

Changing Your TAC Password

 

If you are unable to login to eSchool, a possible reason is that your password has expired or you are entering the login credentials incorrectly.  Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

  1. ONLY use Internet Explorer to access eSchool
  2. When entering the username login information, make sure you enter APSCN\ prior to your username.
    1. Example:  apscn\6201jsmith
  3. Enter your password.  If your password is incorrect, forgotten or expired, you will need to reset the password by clicking on the following link.

  4. ​If you are successful logging into eSchool and you are on the environment page, however, when you click on OK to enter the site, you continuously return to the same page.  The reason for this loop is the version of Internet Explorer you are running.  Click the following link to resolve the issue.
    1. Run eSchool in Compatability Mode for Internet Explorer 10 or above
