  1. Go Paperless!! with Google Classroom (3 hrs)
    Google Classroom is designed to help teachers create and collect assignments without having to keep up with all the papers, including time-saving features like the ability to automatically make a copy of a Google document for each student. It also creates Drive folders for each assignment and for each student to help keep everyone organized. Students can keep track of what's due on the Assignments page and begin working with just a click. Teachers can quickly see who has or hasn't completed the work, and provide direct, real-time feedback and grades right in Classroom. In this session, teachers will learn how to create their classes and enroll students in those classes. Teachers will also learn how to create assignments to be worked on and turned in, and they will learn how to make announcements that are available for students to view. Use Google Classroom for class projects and portfolios.

  2. Back to Basics (3 hrs)
    This session is intended primarily for novice users and those that want to feel comfortable completing the tasks of your position. It is open to all school district employees whether you are certified or classified. We will cover using Google Drive to share files and folders with colleagues, navigating and working with Google mail, saving and organizing files so you can easily find them when needed, using the Microsoft or Google products to do word processing or spreadsheets, and any other topics that may cause issues for you.

  3. Learn to Share with Google Drive (3 hrs)
    This session will cover different options available in Google Apps with a primary focus on Google Drive. It is open to all school district employees whether you are certified or classified. You will learn how to share documents and folders in Google Drive with other members of your department or school. You will also learn how to use the Google Drive Desktop application to simplify accessing files from Google Drive. In this session, you will also learn how to use Google Docs and Sheets for your department or school staff to collaborate on various online projects and share already created documents and materials.
